Thirrje e hapur në kuadër të projektit “Mjedis i Pastër dhe me Aftësi Ripërtëritëse “Deti blu” për Shërbimin e Konsulencës: “Ekspertizë e Jashtme për Monitorimin E Përmirësuar, Menaxhimin e të Dhënave, Ngritjen e Kapaciteteve për Performancën Operacionale dhe Financiare, si dhe Mbështetje për Zbatimin e Tranzicionit drejt Ekonomisë Qarkulluese”.

Ministria e Mjedisit, në bashkëpunim me Bankën Botërore, po zbaton projektin “Mjedis i pastër dhe me aftësi ripërtëritëse për Detin Blu”, i cili synon reduktimin e ndotjes nga burimet tokësore drejt ekosistemeve ujore në zonat e përzgjedhura të brezit bregdetar jugperëndimor të Shqipërisë.

Një nga komponentët kryesorë të projektit lidhet me mbrojtjen e integritetit dhe atributeve natyrore të lumit Vjosa përgjatë gjithë rrjedhës së tij, duke ruajtur statusin si zonë e mbrojtur me rëndësi kombëtare dhe ndërkombëtare, si dhe duke forcuar potencialin e tij si atraksion turistik i qëndrueshëm.

Në kuadër të menaxhimit sa më efikas të projektit, Ministria e Mjedisit shpall thirrjen për Shprehje Interesi për Shërbimin e Konsulencës: “Ekspertizë e Jashtme për Monitorimin E Përmirësuar, Menaxhimin e të Dhënave, Ngritjen e Kapaciteteve për Performancën Operacionale dhe Financiare, si dhe Mbështetje për Zbatimin e Tranzicionit drejt Ekonomisë Qarkulluese”, me qellim asistencën teknike për bashkitë në Zonën e Mbetjeve Gjirokastër – Vlora Jug, me qëllim forcimin e menaxhimit të mbetjeve të ngurta urbane (MSWM) dhe mundësimin e kalimit drejt një ekonomie qarkulluese.

Request for expressions of interest. Consulting Services for “Enhanced monitoring, data management, capacity building for operational and financial performance, and implementation support for transition to circular economy” under the Clean and Resilient Environment for Blue Sea Project (Care4BlueSea)

 The Ministry of Environment, in cooperation with the World Bank, is implementing the “Clean and Resilient Environment for Blue Sea” Project, which aims to reduce pollution from land-based sources to aquatic ecosystems in selected areas along the south-western coastal belt of Albania.

One of the main components of the Project relates to safeguarding the integrity and natural attributes of the Vjosa River along its entire course, preserving its status as a protected area of national and international importance, and strengthening its potential as a sustainable tourism attraction.

In order to ensure efficient project management, the Ministry of Environment hereby announces a Call for Expressions of Interest for the Consulting Service: “External Expertise for Enhanced Monitoring, Data Management, Capacity Building for Operational and Financial Performance, and Implementation Support for the Transition to a Circular Economy”, with the objective of providing technical assistance to municipalities in the Gjirokastër – Vlora South Waste Zone to strengthen municipal solid waste management (MSWM) and enable the shift towards a circular economy.
