Andi Mujollari – Advisor

Andi Mujollari is an environmental engineer and international development professional with experience in environmental, energy and social policy design and implementation. He has worked with the World Bank, where he contributed to the Montenegro Energy Sector Decarbonization project and the global analysis of energy efficiency in the construction sector as part of the Building Green initiative, helping to translate technical data into practical policies for decision-makers.

Prior to that, he led disaster management programs at the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Albanian Red Cross, coordinating emergency operations and monetary assistance after the 2019 earthquake. He worked on flood management from the Ishëm River in collaboration with the National Agency for Territorial Planning and TU Delft University. In the academic field, Andi served as a teaching assistant at Duke University (USA), in the courses of Public Policy Analysis and Political Risk Analysis.

He is also a co-founder of the Tirana Environmental Council, where he has led initiatives to transform urban spaces into community centers, promote clean energy, and reduce noise pollution at the municipal level. Through this initiative, he has built an active network of over 150 volunteers and environmental professionals. Andi is also Albania’s representative at international forums, including the COP27 Climate Conference.

His background in International Development Policy at Duke University and Environmental Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana positions him at the intersection of technical expertise and public policymaking – a foundation that enables him to contribute to the development of environmental and energy policies while advancing Albania’s European integration and green transition objectives.
