Strategy For Integrated Border Management

The objectives of the policy defined by this strategy are: strengthening the measures for the fight against cross-border crime and illegal traffic with the aim of increasing the standards of border security in the parameters of the EU countries, increasing the standards for border control and surveillance through the application of the best practices for its integrated management, the creation of an appropriate legal framework and harmonized with EU standards and the Schengen Regulation, the establishment of a system of preventive measures for illegal migration, based on the legal framework and practices of good of the EU countries, the alignment with the EU standards of the circulation of goods, vehicles and passengers at the border, guaranteeing ease for legal trade and safe borders and the complete alignment of the electronic system of issuing visas, E-visa with the standards of the Schengen Regulation.
